Oona Mada, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at ASM since February 2020, Oona has previously held significant HR roles, including Human Capital Partner at Avella Specialty Pharmacy / OptumRx UHG, where responsibilities included consulting for over 600 employees and leading organizational change initiatives during the OptumRx acquisition. Oona's experience also encompasses HR Generalist roles at WageWorks, Northcentral University, and Make-A-Wish America, among others, where strategic HR practices, talent development, and employee engagement were key focus areas. Oona holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Communications from Northern Arizona University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
