Dale Adams is an accomplished professional in venue management with extensive experience in overseeing operations and event development across multiple high-profile venues. Currently serving as General Manager of Desert Diamond Arena since January 2021 and General Manager of Gila River Arena since July 2016, Dale is responsible for total venue operations while collaborating with the City of Glendale and various local entities. Previous roles include Vice President of Booking and Event Services at AEG Facilities, where Dale maximized venue bookings and managed large-scale touring events, and General Manager for significant arena projects, such as the Prudential Center and Coliseo de Puerto Rico. Dale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Venue Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned between 1977 and 1980.
