Saoirse Redmond currently serves as a Flight Operations Officer at Aer Lingus, having previously held multiple roles at ASL Airlines Ireland, including Flight Dispatcher and Ops Duty Manager. With experience in managing flight schedules and crew liaising, Saoirse has a solid foundation in aviation operations. Earlier professional experiences include working as a Youth Mental Health Counsellor at Vista Del Mar, where skills in adolescent development were applied, and obtaining FAA Private Pilot License at Corsair Aviation, showcasing proficiency in various flying conditions and communication with air traffic control. Saoirse holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science from Maynooth University and has completed an Airline Transport Pilot License-Theory course.
