Mark Dowling currently serves as an Operations Duty Manager at ASL Airlines Ireland, a position held since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing daily flight operations and coordinating with diverse stakeholders such as flight crews and handling agents. Previously, Mark completed Integrated ATPL (A) training at the National Flight Centre, achieving first-time passes in all EASA ATPL theoretical exams and excelling in various skills tests. Prior experience includes working as a Ramp Operative for Aer Lingus, where efficient aircraft turnaround was critical, and as bar staff at Delanys and Abberley Court Hotel, enhancing customer service and teamwork skills. Mark holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aviation Technology from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor of Arts from University College Dublin.
