Matthew Gaziano has held multiple roles in various companies since 2007. In 2007, they began working for Unilever as a Research Scientist, where they studied reports and publications of other scientists, interpreted and summarized the information for management, wrote comprehensive reports for publication, conducted competitor analysis, and performed qualitative and quantitative data analysis. In 2008, they took a year off to travel the world. In 2010, they returned to EB Designs International as a Project Manager, where they managed multiple concurrent projects across varying continents, maintained communication and engagement with clients, handled queries and problems, and ensured that the quantities of materials ordered were in line with provided drawings and specifications. In 2011, they were promoted to Project Director at EB Designs International, where they established the project brief, design intent and budgets in connection with local authority approvals, completed detailed project programmes, and drove projects from tender stage to completion across all business functions. In 2017, they joined Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) as a Senior Project Manager. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder and COO at ASKWHO, where they collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organisational vision, translates strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helps to implement organisation-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning, and implements daily operations aligned with that goal and the company's strategies.

Matthew Gaziano attended Montagu School Kettering from 2002 to 2004, where they earned an A Level in Business/Commerce, General; Psychology, Design. Matthew then attended the University of Lincoln from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science - BS.
