David Stern is an Associate Attorney at ASK LLP since April 2020, focusing on representing plaintiffs injured by defective drugs, devices, or due to sexual abuse, with a dedicated practice in mass tort litigation. Previously, David served as an Associate Attorney at Bremseth Law Firm, where representation involved FELA personal injury and FRSA whistleblower cases. Experience also includes roles as a Mass Tort Law Clerk at GoldenbergLaw, PLLC, and various research assistant positions at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where assistance was provided in legal research and support for faculty publications. David's early career included a Summer Associate position at American Family Insurance and work as a Certified Student Attorney at Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services. David holds a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
