Arpan Rastogi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the consulting and technology sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Ask IT Consulting Inc. since February 2019, Arpan oversees the delivery of metrics and profitability while focusing on workforce engagement, retention, and personnel development. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President at Quantum World Technologies Inc., where responsibilities included analyzing contractual agreements and facilitating candidate delivery, and Head of Operations/Delivery at OKAYA INFOCOM, focusing on resource management and recruitment. With previous experience as Regional Manager and Senior Manager - Sales, Arpan has demonstrated a strong ability in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management. Arpan holds a PGDM in Marketing from Indira School of Business Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Lucknow.
