Vanshika Singh is an accomplished Human Resources professional with experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at ASK Consulting since October 2024, Vanshika conducts induction and orientation sessions for new employees and manages the Performance Improvement Plan process. Vanshika's career began as a Human Resources Associate, where responsibilities included designing and implementing an onboarding program to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. Academically, Vanshika holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from PSIT Kanpur and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from JAGRAN COLLEGE OF ARTS, SCIENCE & COMMERCE.
