Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a background in nutrition and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic body care products. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a nutritionist in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
