Basia Pietrawska currently serves as Chair of the Retail Asset Protection Steering Committee and Co-Vice Chair of the same committee at ASIS International, a position held since June 2020. Prior to this role, Basia Pietrawska accumulated extensive experience at CAP Index from September 2007 to July 2024, where responsibilities included Vice President positions in Consulting and Analytics, Crime Intelligence Analysis, and Research and Analysis, as well as serving as a Senior Research Analyst. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Analyst at the University of Pennsylvania Division of Public Safety and various lab assistant positions at Jacobs University Bremen and Columbia University. Basia Pietrawska holds a Master’s degree in Criminology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Social and Cognitive Psychology from Jacobs University Bremen.
