Max Ramos is an experienced Product Designer with a strong track record in leading design processes and enhancing product usability. At ASICS Apps from June 2021 to November 2023, Max spearheaded the agile end-to-end design process for a B2B marketing services analytics product, significantly reducing technical debt through the development of a comprehensive design system. Prior to ASICS Apps, Max worked as a freelance Product Designer and at Q Club, where a focus on user testing and improved communication efficiency led to successful project outcomes. Earlier experience includes designing an analytics tool for Preception, where usability was enhanced through heuristic evaluations and effective collaboration with engineering teams.
