Raymond Chang began their work experience in 2007 as an Account Manager for FSP Group, where they stayed until 2010. In March 2010, they joined Asian Power Devices as a Sales Manager, where they are currently employed.

Raymond Chang obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from National Sun Yat-Sen University from 1995 to 1999.
