Rachapa Lau currently serves as the Associate Executive Director at the Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce (APACC), focusing on supporting AAPI businesses. Previously, Rachapa worked at Tencent Thailand as a Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing recruitment processes in three countries across the Asia Pacific. At Linfox, Rachapa held multiple roles, including Regional Talent & Remuneration Manager, where significant cost savings and reduced hiring times were achieved, and Business Analyst, contributing to high customer retention rates. Earlier experience includes project coordination for a large distribution centre construction and operations support, leading to improved efficiency. Rachapa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Thammasat University.
