Krishnendu Ghosh has a varied and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Krishnendu started their career as an Administrator at Agadi Hospital in 2003 and later worked as an Analyst at Affiliated Computer Services. In 2006, they joined Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust as a Manager of Projects and Customer Relations. In 2008, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Noon Hospital and Research Centre. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Regional Manager at HOSMAC India Pvt. Ltd. Krishnendu then transitioned into healthcare management and consulting from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they returned to Noon Hospital as the Chief Operating Officer and later became the Chief Strategist. In 2021, they worked as the Executive Director at Healthcare for Next Generation Pvt. Ltd. Krishnendu further served as the Director of Operations at Anandaloke Multispeciality Hospital in 2022. Currently, they are the Unit Head at Asian Institute of Nephrology and Urology starting from 2023. Throughout their career, Krishnendu has demonstrated success in achieving sales growth, operational funding, and strategic planning for hospitals.
Krishnendu Ghosh's education history begins with their completion of their Madhyamik degree in General studies at Hartleys High School from 1979 to 1992. Following this, they attended Tirthapati Institution from 1992 to 1994, where they completed their 10+2 studies in English, Bengali, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Maths. Moving forward, Krishnendu pursued a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Zoology from the University of Calcutta between 1994 and 1997. Krishnendu continued their studies at the same university and earned a Master of Science degree in Zoology from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, from 1997 to 2000, they attended the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, where they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Management. Finally, in the year 2000 to 2001, Krishnendu studied Hospital Management at the Asia Heart Foundation and received a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital Management sponsored by Johnson & Johnson.
