Vijay Dhanuka is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity investments and board governance. Currently serving as Managing Director of Investments at Motilal Oswal Private Equity since May 2013, Vijay is part of a high-performing Growth Capital investing team focused on mid-market private equity. Additionally, Vijay holds multiple board member positions at several companies, including IGP.com, Happilo, and Kushal's Fashion Jewellery, among others. An accomplished educator, Vijay earned a CFA in Finance with a focus on equities and debt markets, and is a rankholder in the Chartered Accountancy program from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Further qualifications include a Company Secretary designation from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a B.Com in Accounting and Finance from St. Xaviers Kolkata.
