Susanne Skoruppa is an accomplished organizational consultant, coach, and mediator, currently serving as an External Conciliator at the Asian Development Bank since February 2024 and as a Senior Associate Organizational Consultant at Leonardo Advisory. Since September 2022, Susanne has been working with UN Women and also provides executive coaching and consulting through Oxford HR. With extensive experience in organization development, particularly in addressing challenges related to organizational culture and workplace conflict, Susanne's career includes key roles at Amazon, the United Nations, and the World Bank Group. Susanne holds a Doctorate in Consultation and the Organization from Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust and has advanced degrees from prestigious institutions including the London School of Economics and SOAS University of London. Susanne's expertise is grounded in systems-psychodynamic and socioanalytic traditions and spans diverse sectors, including NGOs, charities, and international organizations.
