Faye Monchelle Gonzalez currently serves as an Integrity Due Diligence Researcher specializing in KYC/CDD at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) since February 2022, having previously held the same title at ADB from July 2020 to July 2021. Faye is also a member of Uncommon, a network aimed at supporting female leaders. Freelance experience includes roles such as Community Manager at Vitalstrats Creative Solutions and Research and Writing Assistant at CANVAS, as well as consulting and digital campaign positions with HealthJustice Philippines and Greenpeace. Faye's educational background features a Master of Arts in Leadership in Sustainable Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (2022-2024), a Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines (2014-2019), and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Ateneo de Manila University (2007-2011).
