Dristy Shrestha is an experienced development professional currently serving as Team Leader at the Asian Development Bank, focusing on the Youth Skills Development & Employment Project in the Republic of the Marshall Islands since October 2023. Previously, Dristy has worked as a Social Protection & Gender Specialist at The World Bank and held positions at BRAC USA, including Technical Advisor and Senior Associate for the Ultra-Poor Graduation Initiative. Dristy's extensive experience encompasses roles at esteemed organizations such as Americares, Pact, and the World Bank Group, with significant contributions in social protection, financial inclusion, and program management. Dristy holds a Master’s Degree in International Development from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and has participated in various educational programs, including coursework at Harvard Kennedy School and the Digital Frontiers Institute.
