Anushka Jain is a Private Sector Infrastructure Finance Specialist at the Asian Development Bank since March 2023, with an extensive background in financial modeling and project financing. Currently also serving as an Associate at Synergy Consulting, Anushka develops project financial models for multilateral banks, advises on risk management, and leads procurement projects for government entities. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior Associate at Nomura, where Anushka specialized in structuring bespoke equity transactions and capital management strategies. Anushka began a career in finance as an Investment Banking Analyst, providing financial analysis and client support. Anushka holds an MBA in Finance from the Management Development Institute and a Bachelor of Commerce from Kirori Mal College.
