Chaitanya B Andhare has extensive experience in the chemical engineering industry, currently serving as Vice President Technical Function at PT. ASIA PACIFIC FIBERS Tbk since May 2022, after holding various leadership roles including Assistant Vice President and General Manager from 2005 to 2022. Chaitanya specializes in technology and project implementation for process enhancements, notably leading efforts to expand the PTA plant's capacity, reduce costs, and optimize utility consumption. Previous roles include Chief Technical Advisor at Shahid Tondgouyan Petrochemical Company and Process Engineer at SABIC, where Chaitanya contributed to multiple commissioning and operational improvement projects. Chaitanya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Laxminarayan Institute of Technology.
