Ben Bunting currently serves as the Director of Content & Engagement at ASI Government, dedicating efforts to enhance government contracting education. As a founding member of Gain Grow Retain, Ben fosters an open community for customer success leaders. Previously, as the Sr. Director of Account Management and Channel Partnerships at Liongard, Ben led an 11-person team focused on customer growth and retention. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Renewals and Expansion at seoClarity, where Ben contributed to a significant revenue increase and reduced churn. Throughout a notable tenure at ConnectWise in various roles, Ben successfully transformed customer service teams and implemented strategies to enhance sales and retention metrics. Ben Bunting holds a B.S. in Organizational Communication from Kennesaw State University.
