Jane Griffith is a highly experienced professional in the field of quality assurance and food safety, currently serving as the Technical Director for GFSI at ASI Food Safety Consultants since October 2011. Additionally, Jane operates JM Griffith Consulting, LLC, where expertise is provided to food industry professionals in designing and implementing quality assurance strategies throughout the supply chain. Previous experience includes a consulting role at Sterling Solutions in 2011 and a lengthy tenure as Director of QA and Food Safety at Wawa, Inc. from 1983 to 2011. Jane Griffith holds an MBA and a Master's in Education with a focus on Instructional Design from Penn State Great Valley, as well as a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
