Kenny Smith is a seasoned construction professional with extensive leadership experience in the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as Division President at Ashton Woods Homes since November 2024, Kenny previously held the same title at Richmond American Homes from August 2018 to November 2024. Prior to that, Kenny worked at PulteGroup from November 2002 to August 2018, where roles included Vice President of Construction Operations and Construction Manager, overseeing operations in Jacksonville and Ocala and delivering over 400 homes annually. Earlier in Kenny's career, positions included Construction Superintendent and Project Manager at Emmer Group. Kenny earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
