Jason LaFleur is a highly experienced professional in the field of building decarbonization and energy efficiency, currently serving as Senior Manager at GTI Energy since September 2017. With a strong background in program management and technology evaluation, Jason has directed numerous innovative projects and has been instrumental in piloting energy-efficient technologies. As a voting member of ASHRAE, Jason contributes to the Passive Building Standard initiative. Previously, as the Founder and Chair of Eco Achievers, Jason led strategic efforts to enhance building performance design and developed a successful market strategy. Jason has held various leadership roles within organizations focused on green building, including chairing committees for the USGBC Illinois Chapter and GreenHome Institute, showcasing a commitment to sustainable practices. With degrees in Instructional Technology and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Jason combines technical expertise with strong educational leadership skills.
