Kalaiarasu V has extensive work experience in the IT industry. KALAIARASU started their career as a Programmer at Unichem Consultants Private Limited in December 2010 and worked there until June 2012. KALAIARASU then joined Excellon Software, where they held the position of Senior Programmer from July 2012 to November 2015. KALAIARASU was later promoted to Module Lead and worked in that role from December 2015 to September 2018. In October 2018, Kalaiarasu joined Hinduja Tech Limited as a Technical Lead and worked there until January 2023. Currently, they are working as a Project Lead at Ashok Leyland, starting from January 2023.

Kalaiarasu V completed their Bachelor of Science in Physics from Loyola College from 2003 to 2006. KALAIARASU further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in the field of Master of Computer Application from St. Joseph's College of Engineering from 2007 to 2010.
