Monicha Augustia serves as the Vice President of Distribution and Marketing at Ashmore since July 2021, following a role as AVP in the same field at the company. Prior to Ashmore, Monicha gained experience at BNP Paribas Asset Management from July 2016 to June 2021 as a Client Relationship Manager and held positions at HSBC from May 2013 to February 2016 as both an Investment Sales Manager and Investment Product Manager. Monicha’s career began at Citco Fund Services Pte Ltd as a Fund Accountant from June 2010 to June 2011, specializing in the hedge funds industry. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Applied Finance from Monash University (2011-2012) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from SIM Global Education (2007-2010), with additional studies at Peking University in 2012.
