Kristine Cegielski, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Ashley Furniture Industries since May 2005, where responsibilities include leading HR efforts for enterprise wholesale distribution centers and transportation. Previous roles at Ashley Furniture include Sr. Director of Employee Experience and HR Technology, Sr. Director of HR - Transformation and Communications, and Regional Director of HR, among others. Prior to Ashley, Kristine worked as a Human Resources and Safety Manager at Regal Beloit and held HR managerial positions at Footlocker.com/Eastbay and Northern Wire, LLC. Early career experiences include HR roles at Volume Services of America and Chardon Uniforms. Kristine holds a Bachelor's degree in General Business with an emphasis in HR from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
