Alex McHugh is an accomplished event specialist and business manager with extensive experience in event planning and operations. As the owner of Universal Events since June 2016, Alex has focused on creating unique events while enhancing customer service standards. In addition, Alex manages concessions at Ashland University’s sports venues and supervises the COBE Café, where responsibilities include conducting interviews and developing training programs. Previous experience includes serving as a personal assistant at McQueen Oil and Gas, where Alex oversaw oil well maintenance and budgeting, and as a worker at Main Events, where essential organizational skills were developed. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and Supply Chain Management from Ashland University, complemented by foundational business education at Licking Valley High School.
