Sangu Delle is a Ghanaian entrepreneur and investor who is currently the Executive Chairman of Golden Palm Investments. Sangu also serves as the Director at Ashesi University.
Delle has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Sangu started their career at AXA, where they worked for three years as a member of the Stakeholder Advisory Panel. Sangu then moved to Rabito Clinic Limited, where they worked for two years as the head of the clinic.
In 2012, Delle co-founded mPharma, a pharmaceutical company that aims to make medicines more affordable for people in Africa. After growing the company for four years, Delle sold their stake in mPharma and joined Andela, a social enterprise that trains and connects talented Africans with technology companies around the world.
Delle has also been involved with several other startups in Ghana, including Africa Health Holdings Limited (AHH) and Carepoint Hospitals. Sangu is an active angel investor and has made investments in over 20 companies.
Sangu Delle graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. in African Studies and Economics. Sangu then attended Harvard Business School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Global Leadership and Public Policy for the 21st Century. Afterward, they attended Harvard Law School, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with a focus on International Human Rights Law. Sangu also holds a certificate from the Harvard Kennedy School in Global Leadership and Public Policy for the 21st Century. Sangu Delle then went on to earn a Master's degree in International Human Rights Law from the University of Oxford. Sangu also participated in the Archbishop Desmond Tutu Leadership Program at the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Lastly, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Economic Anthropology & African Studies from the University of Birmingham.
