Christian Oldenburg currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Ash Properties since April 2024. Previously, Christian held the position of Executive Managing Director and Market Leader at Colliers from August 2017 to April 2024. Christian's experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President at Block One Ventures from September 2015 to March 2017, and Vice President of National Property Operations at Regency Centers from September 2005 to September 2015. Additional roles at Regency Centers included Senior Manager of Executive Analysis, Manager of Investment Services, and Senior Financial Analyst of Investment Services. Earlier in the career, Christian worked as a Financial Analyst at NorthMarq and as an Account Executive at Fisher Investments. Christian earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University, completing the degree from 1999 to 2003.
