Vivek Bhakuni, MBA, FPAC, CTP, currently serves as Vice President of FP&A and Projects at Ash Grove Cement Company, beginning in July 2024. Prior to this role, Vivek held the position of Senior Director of M&A and Head of Investor Relations at FOX Factory, where six acquisitions totaling over $700 million were completed under supervision. Previously, Vivek was the Director of M&A and Head of Investor Relations at Change Healthcare during its IPO phase, and the Head of FP&A at Ciner Resources, overseeing financial planning for a $500 million revenue company. Earlier career experiences include senior financial analyst roles at Reynolds American, managing substantial budgets and conducting financial analyses. Vivek holds an MBA with dual majors in Finance and Consulting from Wake Forest University, and has completed an Executive Program in M&A at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
