Ramakrishnan Kaliappen is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the cement industry, currently serving as Regional Project Manager at Ash Grove Cement Company in Florida since September 2019. Ramakrishnan oversees all phases of capital projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and budget adherence across multiple locations. Previously, Ramakrishnan held various project management roles at LafargeHolcim, where responsibilities included leading project management for cement terminals and executing capital projects at the Ada, OK plant. Ramakrishnan's career further includes positions at LIFESTYLE Solutions Limited, Lafarge as Engineering Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer, and Schlumberger as Senior Well Test Engineer. Ramakrishnan holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
