Adrian Cruz is an experienced professional in the cement industry with a strong background in mechanical maintenance and management. Currently serving as the Assistant Plant Manager at Ash Grove Cement Company since November 2023, Adrian previously held several leadership roles at HolcimUS, including Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Superintendent. With over a decade of experience at Holcim México, Adrian excelled as a Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator and Reliability Maintenance Coordinator, implementing effective maintenance strategies and safety management protocols. Adrian holds a Master’s degree in Finance Administration from Universidad Tecmilenio, a Professional certificate in Corporate Financial Analysis from the University of Michigan, and an Engineer's degree in mechanical engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Veracruz. Additionally, a foundational education as a Machining Technician was completed at CBTis Technical High School.
