Peter Meckel is an accomplished Program Manager for C-ITS at ASFINAG with experience that spans multiple significant roles since July 2005. As Program Manager, Peter is responsible for C-ITS activities, including international harmonization efforts within the C-ROADS platform. Previously, Peter held positions as a C-ITS Expert and ITS Project Manager, managing technical aspects of various projects, including the EU framework projects COOPERS and the ECo-AT initiative. Before joining ASFINAG, Peter served as a Research Assistant at AIT, and held roles in IT services and software development. Peter holds a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science from Universität Klagenfurt.
