Bernhard Jelinek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy and infrastructure asset management, currently serving as Senior Strategy Manager at ASFINAG since January 2009. Jelinek is responsible for defining and implementing corporate strategy and management systems aligned with ISO 55001, along with overseeing the construction program. Previous roles at ASFINAG include Senior Expert Technical Coordination and Manager International Affairs & Funding, where Jelinek focused on strategic project implementation and EU funding acquisition. Earlier experience includes project management for large-scale transportation infrastructure projects at RaumUmwelt Planungs-GmbH and research assistance at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna. Jelinek holds an Executive Master in Future Energy from ESCP Business School and an MBA in Project and Process Management from WU Executive Academy, alongside a Master's degree in Geography from the University of Vienna.
