Jessica Rickerson is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in client training and support. Currently serving as a Training and Development Supervisor at ASF Payment Solutions since May 2011, Jessica is responsible for training clients on the software offered by the company. Prior roles include Client Support Specialist at ASF International and Operations Representative at ICON Advisers Inc., where duties encompassed trading calculations, customer service, and asset management reporting. Earlier career experience includes working as a Commissions Representative at CIS. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with a focus on Mental Health from Metropolitan State University of Denver, completed in 2018.
