Leonard Brown began their work experience in 2004 as a Bar Supervisor at Newington Inn. In 2008, they joined Rational Group, initially working as a Poker Specialist and later advancing to the role of Senior Support Shift Leader until 2016. From 2017 to 2020, they served as a Sports Business Analyst at Rational Group. In 2019, they joined The Stars Group as a Product Owner until 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Product Madness and also undertook a role titled "Something Else" at an unspecified company for a brief period. In 2021, they became a Product Manager at Genius Sports and held the position until 2022. Additionally, they served as a Product Manager at Angstrom starting in 2022. At 5POINT, they held the role of Technical Product Manager, specializing in AI, also starting in 2020.
