Javier Ferrer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advisory and managerial roles across various organizations. Currently, Javier serves as a member of the Advisory Council for AndalucÃa at Asepeyo since March 2022 and holds the position of Vice President in Málaga at the Asociación de Fundaciones de AndalucÃa since May 2017. Javier has been a school council member at Escuela de Arte San Telmo since May 2016 and has been the manager of Museo Carmen Thyssen Málaga since March 2011, overseeing executive direction and legal representation of the Foundation. Prior experience includes serving as Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Málaga from November 2000 to March 2011, a member of the Board of Directors at ONDA AZUL TV from June 2007 to September 2010, and manager of the Fundación Málaga Ciudad Cultural for the city's bid to become the European Capital of Culture in 2016 from January to August 2010. Javier's educational background includes a degree in Administrative Law and Executive Management from Instituto Internacional San Telmo and a law degree from Universidad de Málaga, both earned between 1984 and 1990.
