Seyma Arslan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and electrical engineering. Currently serving as a Team Leader and Lead Project Manager at Aselsan since September 2022, Seyma oversees the MGEO Electro Optic Systems Program Management. Previous roles include Project Manager at DEICO and Electrical Designer at Philips, focusing on EMC design and risk management for Image Guided Therapy products. Seyma's research experience as a Senior Researcher at TUBITAK UZAY involved microwave and antenna systems for satellite applications. Academia includes a Ph.D. candidacy and Master of Science at Bilkent University, coupled with teaching assistant roles across various engineering courses. Seyma holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Bilkent University and a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution, along with additional education from Anadolu University.
