Sashe Gacev has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and IT. Sashe started their career as a software engineer at Semos in 2008 and worked there until 2013. Sashe then joined Solaborate LLC as a Senior Backend Software Engineer from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they co-founded Brainaux and served as a team lead. At the same time, they also worked at RE:AKTIV as a Systems Architect from 2016 to 2023. Currently, Sashe Gacev holds the role of Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at ASEE, starting from 2023. Additionally, they have previous experience as an IT Trainer at Semos Education, where they provided training in programming languages from 2009 to 2017.

Sashe Gacev obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Informatics from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje during the years 2005-2008. Additionally, they hold several certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) and three Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certifications in different areas of .NET Framework 4.
