Kent Dreadon is a seasoned executive with extensive legal and operational expertise. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Group General Counsel & Director of Corporate Affairs at Ascential since April 2018, responsibilities include overseeing Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Company Secretarial, and Corporate Governance matters globally. Prior experience includes roles as Group General Counsel at O2 (Telefónica UK) from March 2007 to March 2018, where Kent held significant responsibilities and contributed to creating a highly regarded legal team. Earlier career stages involved positions such as Head of Legal and solicitor at SJ Berwin, as well as various solicitor roles at Debevoise & Plimpton and DLA Phillips Fox, with a focus on international arbitration and commercial litigation. Kent holds an LLB and a Bachelor of Management Studies (Hons) from The University of Waikato, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
