Mike Spencer has extensive experience in IT security and compliance, currently serving as the Director of IT Security and Compliance at Ascent Resources since July 2015. Prior roles at Ascent Resources include Manager of IT Security, Senior IT Security Engineer, and IT Security Engineer. Before joining Ascent Resources, Mike held the position of IT Security Engineer at American Energy Partners, LP, and previously worked as IT Manager at Modular Services Company from August 2008 to July 2014. Additionally, Mike served as a System Administrator at Healthcare Partners Investments, LLC, from January 2005 to August 2008. Mike Spencer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Network and System Administration from Southern Nazarene University.
