Jennifer Williams, MBA, FHFMA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Ascension Saint Thomas Behavioral Health Hospital since November 2023. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Vice President Finance & Chief Financial Officer at Wayne HealthCare from June 2014 to November 2023, overseeing comprehensive financial operations, including budgeting, revenue cycle, and audits, while managing a team of over 50 employees. Earlier roles include Interim Chief Financial Officer and Controller at Wayne HealthCare, and Director of Accounting at Van Wert County Hospital, where financial management and reporting were key responsibilities. Jennifer began their career at SAFY of America and has held various accounting and financial roles at GKN Freight Services, Harvard Industries, and Medical Protective. Jennifer holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Tiffin University, a Bachelor’s in Organization Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University, and an Associate degree in Accounting from Monroe Community College.
