Charlotte Russell, PMP, is an experienced consulting manager with a strong background in project management within the logistics and software industries. Currently serving as Consulting Manager at Ascension Logistics since January 2019, Charlotte has previously held senior project management roles at TECSYS and JDA Software, overseeing global consulting implementations with large teams and substantial budgets. Expertise includes project planning, financial forecasting, risk management, and resource allocation, as well as mentoring emerging project managers. Charlotte began their career at i2 Technologies, where notable accomplishments included leading early transportation software implementations in Europe. Educational pursuits at the University of Toronto are ongoing, alongside earlier studies at York University.
