Wesley Tidwell, FACHE, serves as the President of Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin since February 2019, overseeing a 521-bed academic medical center in Central Texas. Previously, Wesley held the role of Chief Operating Officer at the same medical center and was responsible for executive oversight of laboratory and diagnostic imaging services across 12 hospitals in the Ascension Texas Health Ministry. Prior to joining Ascension, Wesley was the Chief Operating Officer of Memorial Hermann Greater Heights, managing operations for a 260-bed Level III trauma center, and held the position of Director of Hospital Operations at TIRR Memorial Hermann, a nationally recognized rehabilitation facility. Wesley's career began with roles at Memorial Hermann - Texas Medical Center, focusing on patient access and operational improvements. Educational qualifications include a BS in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and an MHA/MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
