Robert Weeks currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Ascension since April 2021. Previously, Robert held the position of Manager of Training and Organizational Development at the Jacksonville Aviation Authority from November 2018 to April 2021, and worked as a Performance Consultant for The Adecco Group between March 2016 and November 2018. Robert's extensive experience includes a long tenure at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Hospitals, where from June 1987 to January 2016, Robert acted as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant. In this role, Robert provided consultation to executive leadership across eight Kaiser Permanente regions in the United States. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Communication Sciences from Washington State University, a Certificate of Health Care Administration from Washington State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Oregon State University.
