Prior to this, Erika worked as a Packaging Change Manager at Bayer HealthCare Diabetes Care and as an English and Spanish Teacher at SBL Sprachschule GmbH. With a background in education and language teaching, Erika has experience in organizing mobility projects and managing educational programs. Erika holds degrees in Teacher Training, Spanish Teacher Training, CELTA, and Supply Chain Management. Erika is passionate about empowering people living with diabetes and simplifying their lives through innovative solutions.
