Lee Johnsen, CPT, CPLP, SPHR, is a seasoned expert in leadership training, management, and organizational development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. As the Principal and Founder of Partners in Development since September 2002, Johnsen focuses on "Long Distance Leadership." Additionally, Johnsen serves as an instructor for the American Management Association, teaching executive leadership and management development, and as an adjunct instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
