Alessandro Miranda-Paratore is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development at Ascendion, where the focus is on enterprise digital innovation and software platform management since September 2022. Prior to this role, Alessandro worked at Xometry in Strategic Finance and Corporate Development, contributing to the growth of an AI-enabled manufacturing marketplace. Experience also includes serving as a Private Equity Senior Associate at IMB Partners and as an Investment Banking Senior Analyst at Outcome Capital, where numerous successful transactions were advised. Earlier positions were held at INTL FCStone and EY, complemented by entrepreneurial experience as a founder of JediClean.
