Ellen Roll possesses extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as a Clinical Review Level II at Ascend Management Innovations since March 2014, where responsibilities include conducting clinical reviews for the TN Appeals/Audits team and acting as a witness for the State of Tennessee at appeals hearings. Ellen Roll has also held the position of Nurse Auditor at Williamson Medical Center since July 2007, focusing on special projects related to patient billing for both Medicare and private payors. Prior to this, Ellen Roll served as the ER Director for Williamson Medical Center's Emergency Department from August 2002 until semi-retirement in July 2007, and previously held the role of ER Director at Summit Medical Center from January 1982 to April 2000. Ellen Roll earned a degree from Middle Tennessee State University between 1984 and 1987.
